This is an era of pursuit of green, human worship of nature makes sustainable development a new era proposition, and a new development model of circular fashion industry comes into being. China is the first textile country in the world, total amount of textile fiber processed accounted for more than 50% of the world, the waste textile recycling is not only an important path to save resources, pollution and carbon reduction, and an important measure to effectively supply raw material of Chinese textile industry, alleviate resource and environmental constraints, but also a crucial content of establishing a sound, green, low carbon and cycle development economic system.

To this end, Grace actively cooperates with leading sustainable technology companies and quality suppliers to achieve the organic unity of corporate development goals and social development goals. In 2021, under the cooperation with Renewcell and Ekman, Circulose® recycled pulp was firstly used in the world to produce recycled cellulose filament products with the same quality as the original wood pulp and the quality index reached the national standard of superior products, which attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. It is a powerful demonstration of Grace's outstanding sustainable development results. In 2022, the product officially realized large-scale industrial production, with a ratio of 30%  Circulose® recycled pulp.

Patrik Lundström, CEO of Renewcell, said he was impressed by Grace's ability to innovate, and in 2022, Renewcell began offering Circulose® filament yarns made by Grace to its brand partners.

During the 2023 China International Textile & Yarn Exhibition (Spring/Summer), Sun Ruizhe, Chairman of International Textile Manufacturers Federation and President of China National Textile And Apparel Council, visited the stand of Grace for guidance. Patrik Lundström and Hu Bo, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Grace, introduced the cooperation between the two parties for Sun Ruizhe as well as showed the superiority and bright development prospect of Grace recycled pulp to produce bio-based filament products.

Based on our common development goals, Grace will join hands with Renewcell and Ekman to contribute to the green and sustainable development of the recycled cellulose fiber industry.
