On March 30, 2024, Yibin Grace and High Fashion Group held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony at the 2024 China Industrial Transfer and Development Matchmaking Activities(Chengdu). Feng Jinhua, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Department,  Level I Bureau Rank Official, Lin Dianyu, Managing Director of High Fashion International (China), Tao Xuezhou, member of the Standing Committee of the Yibin’s Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Yibin’s United Front Work Department, Li Jinsong, Deputy Mayor of Yibin City, He Kaihua, Director of the Light Industry and Textile Department of Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Department, Level I Division Rank Official, Deng Jun, Deputy Secretary-General of Yibin Municipal Government, and Yang Jiong, Director of the Yibin Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau; Hu Bo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yibin Grace, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Song Wei, Deputy General Manager of Yibin Grace, and Qi Hongyong, Deputy General Manager of High Fashion New Materials, respectively signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation in the recycling of waste cotton textiles, market promotion, and other aspects, aiming to jointly build a high-value circulation business model for the textile and apparel industry chain.

Feng Jinhua stressed that as a leading enterprise in the textile industry chain in Sichuan Province, Yibin Grace has mature industrial development and obvious innovative advantages. Both parties should take this cooperation as an opportunity to further explore the transformation, upgrading, and green development of the textile industry, promote the construction of high value-added industries such as food and light textile industries and high-end clothing,as well as the construction of the Yibin billion-dollar textile industrial cluster. We must go all out to support Sichuan's industrial revitalization and manufacturing strength.

The co-operation between Yibin Grace and High Fashion Group is an inherent requirement for the synergistic development of both parties, and an inevitable choice to promote the “closed-loop sustainable fashion cycle from clothing to clothing”. Next, the two parties will, according to the “Implementing Opinions on Accelerating the Recycling of Waste Textiles” proposed by NDRC and other departments, improve the recycling rate of waste textiles,  increase the production of recycled fibres from waste textiles, and accelerate the establishment of a sound economic system of green, low-carbon and recycling development. This will contribute to the construction of Yibin City as a pilot demonstration area for ecological priority and green, low-carbon development, as well as to the high-quality development of Yibin’s billion-dollar textile industry.
