STOCKHOLM – Following Renewcell’s recent decision to sign multi-year purchasing agreements with European textile sorters, the Swedish textile waste-to- fibre supplier has now teamed up with a Chinese yarn producer to make viscose from 100 per cent recycled textiles.
In collaboration with the leading Chinese viscose filament yarn producer Yibin Hiest Fiber Limited Corporation, Renewcell has successfully used 100 per cent Circulose dissolving pulp in industrial scale viscose filament yarn production. This new commercial partnership with Yibin has been facilitated by Renewcell’s exclusive trading partner Ekman Group.
Renewcell has collaborated with Chinese viscose filament yarn producer Yibin Hiest Fiber Limited Corporation (Yibin), to use Circulose dissolving pulp in its viscose yarn production at industrial scale for the first time.
